  • 2 can tuna in water drained and flaked
  • 3 stalks celery thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium red onion finely diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Dressing

  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp fine salt plus more
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Bring a large #[Pot] of well-salted water to a boil. Cook the @[Rotini] according to package directions until al dente. Drain in a #[Colander] and rinse under cold running water until completely cool. Shake off excess water and transfer to a large #[Mixing Bowl].
  2. While the @[Rotini] cooks, whisk together the @[Mayonnaise], @[Sweet Pickle Relish], @[Yellow Mustard], @[Lemon Juice], @[Salt], and @[Black Pepper] in a small #[Mixing Bowl] until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Add the drained @[Tuna], sliced @[Celery], diced @[Red Onion], and thawed @[Peas] to the bowl with the cooled @[Rotini]. Pour the dressing over the top and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  4. Taste and adjust @[Salt], @[Black Pepper], or @[Lemon Juice] as needed. For best results, cover and refrigerate for at least ~[20 minutes] before serving to let the flavors meld. Garnish with chopped fresh @[Parsley] if desired and serve cold.
