Tortilla Wrap Hack
About this recipe
The viral tortilla wrap hack that took social media by storm — a genius folding technique that turns a single large flour tortilla into a layered, toasted wrap packed with your favorite fillings. Each quarter of the tortilla gets a different topping, then it's folded into a compact triangle and pan-toasted until golden and crispy. Endlessly customizable and ready in under 15 minutes, this is the ultimate quick lunch upgrade.
Instructions
- 1
Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Using a knife, make a single straight cut from the center of the tortilla down to the bottom edge — this creates 4 equal quadrants without fully separating them.
- 2
Spread cream cheese mixed with a little Dijon mustard in the bottom-left quadrant. Layer the deli turkey or ham in the bottom-right quadrant. Add the cheddar cheese and red bell pepper slices in the top-right quadrant. Place the avocado slices and baby spinach in the top-left quadrant. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- 3
To fold: start with the bottom-left quadrant (cream cheese) and fold it up over the top-left quadrant (avocado/baby spinach). Then fold that combined half over to the right, covering the top-right quadrant (cheddar cheese/red bell pepper). Finally, fold the whole thing down over the bottom-right quadrant (deli turkey). You'll end up with a compact layered triangle.

Heat a skillet over ^[medium heat] and melt the butter. Place the folded wrap seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy on the bottom. Flip carefully and cook for another 2–3 minutes on the other side until the cheddar cheese is melted and both sides are toasted. Serve immediately.
