1.5 cup white rice rinsed until water runs clear
2.25 cup water
0.5 tsp salt
2 piece salmon fillets skin-on, about 6 oz each
1 whole avocado sliced
0.5 whole English cucumber thinly sliced
2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
2 stalk green onions thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame oil for drizzling at the end

2 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium preferred
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil toasted
2 cloves garlic minced
Spicy Mayo
3 tbsp mayonnaise Kewpie preferred
1 tbsp sriracha adjust
1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Combine the rinsed @[White Rice], @[Water], and @[Salt] in a #[Mixing Bowl]. Bring to a boil ^[over high heat], then reduce to ^[the lowest heat setting], cover tightly, and cook ~[for 15 minutes]. Remove from heat and let steam, covered, ~[for 5 more minutes]. Fluff with a #[Dipping Fork].
- Preheat your #[Oven] to ![400°F]. In a #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Soy Sauce], @[Honey], @[Sesame Oil], and @[Garlic] minced. Place the @[Salmon Fillets] skin-side down on a #[Aluminum Foil]-lined #[Baking Sheet] and spoon the glaze evenly over the top of each fillet.
