Instructions
- Pat the @[Salmon Fillets] completely dry with #[Paper Towel] — this is key for a good exterior texture. Brush both sides lightly with @[Olive Oil].
- In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the melted @[Butter], @[Minced Garlic], @[Soy Sauce], @[Honey], @[Dijon Mustard], @[Lemon Juice], @[Smoked Paprika], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Black Pepper] until fully combined.
- Preheat your #[Air Fryer] to ![400°F] for ~[3 minutes]. Lightly spray or brush the basket with @[Olive Oil]. Place the @[Salmon Fillets] skin-side down in the basket, leaving space between them. Brush the tops generously with the garlic-herb glaze.
- Air fry at ![400°F] for ~[8–10 minutes], depending on the thickness of your fillets (about ~[4 minutes] per half-inch of thickness). The @[Salmon Fillets] is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of %[125–130°F] for medium or %[145°F] for fully cooked.
- Carefully remove the @[Salmon Fillets] with tongs. Brush with any remaining glaze, garnish with chopped @[Fresh Parsley], and serve immediately with @[Lemon] slices on the side.
