Instructions

  1. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[White Miso Paste], @[Soy Sauce], @[Honey], @[Rice Vinegar], @[Sesame Oil], minced @[Garlic], and grated @[Ginger] until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pat the @[Salmon Fillets] dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on a foil-lined #[Baking Sheet]. Spoon or brush the miso glaze generously over the top and sides of each fillet. Let the @[Salmon Fillets] marinate at room temperature for at least ~[5 minutes] (or up to ~[30 minutes] in the fridge for deeper flavor).

  4. Switch the #[Oven] to ^[broil on high]. Broil the @[Salmon Fillets] for ~[2–3 minutes], watching closely, until the miso glaze is caramelized, slightly charred at the edges, and deeply golden. The internal temperature should reach %[125–130°F for medium] or %[145°F for well-done].
  5. Remove from the #[Oven] and let rest for ~[2 minutes]. Garnish with sliced @[Green Onions] and @[Sesame Seeds]. Serve immediately over steamed rice, alongside sautéed bok choy, or with a simple cucumber salad.
