A simple, healthy, and absolutely delicious grilled salmon that comes together in under 30 minutes. Seasoned with a bright lemon-garlic marinade and grilled to perfection, this gluten-free dinner is light yet satisfying — perfect for busy weeknights or weekend entertaining.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish or on a plate. Spoon or brush the marinade evenly over all sides of the fillets. Let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes while you preheat the grill.

Preheat your outdoor grill or grill pan over ^[medium-high heat] (about ![400–425°F]). Lightly oil the grill grates with a folded paper towel dipped in olive oil, using tongs.
