In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh sage finely chopped, 1 ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp smoked paprika. Mix until a smooth herb butter forms. Pat the 4 lb bone-in turkey breast completely dry with paper towels — this helps the butter adhere and promotes browning.

Using your fingers, gently loosen the skin of the bone-in turkey breast and spread half of the herb 4 tbsp unsalted butter directly onto the meat underneath the skin. Rub the remaining unsalted butter all over the outside of the turkey, coating it evenly.
