Add the ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and 1 pinch salt to a quart jar or airtight container. Give everything a thorough stir so the 1 tbsp chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.

Uses

  • Quart Jar
  • Airtight Container
  • Rolled Oats
  • Milk
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Chia Seeds
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract

Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. The ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken into a creamy, pudding-like texture.

Uses

  • Rolled Oats
  • Chia Seeds

In the morning, give the ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats a good stir. If they seem too thick for your liking, splash in a little extra ½ cup milk and stir until you reach your preferred consistency.

Taste and adjust — add a little more 1 tbsp maple syrup if you'd like it sweeter. Serve cold straight from the jar, or let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes if you prefer it less chilled.

Uses

  • Maple Syrup

Top with fresh fresh berries, a drizzle of nut butter peanut, and a sprinkle of granola for crunch — right before eating so the 2 tbsp granola for crunch — stays crunchy. Enjoy immediately.
