Add the Rolled Oats, Milk, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, and Salt to a Quart Jar or Airtight Container. Give everything a thorough stir so the Chia Seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.

Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. The Rolled Oats and Chia Seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken into a creamy, pudding-like texture.
