Instructions
- Add the @[Rolled Oats], @[Milk], @[Greek Yogurt], @[Chia Seeds], @[Maple Syrup], @[Vanilla Extract], and @[Salt] to a #[Quart Jar] or #[Airtight Container]. Give everything a thorough stir so the @[Chia Seeds] are evenly distributed and not clumped together.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least ~[8 hours], or overnight. The @[Rolled Oats] and @[Chia Seeds] will absorb the liquid and thicken into a creamy, pudding-like texture.
- In the morning, give the @[Rolled Oats] a good stir. If they seem too thick for your liking, splash in a little extra @[Milk] and stir until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Taste and adjust — add a little more @[Maple Syrup] if you'd like it sweeter. Serve cold straight from the jar, or let it sit at room temperature for ~[5 minutes] if you prefer it less chilled.
- Top with fresh @[Berries], a drizzle of @[Nut Butter], and a sprinkle of @[Granola] right before eating so the @[Granola] stays crunchy. Enjoy immediately.
