Instructions
- Pat the @[Chicken Thighs] very dry on all sides with #[Paper Towel] — this is the key to crispy skin. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], mix together the @[Garlic Powder], @[Smoked Paprika], @[Onion Powder], @[Italian Seasoning], @[Kosher Salt], @[Black Pepper], and @[Cayenne Pepper] (if using).
- Drizzle the @[Olive Oil] over the @[Chicken Thighs] and rub it in evenly. Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin where possible, pressing gently so it adheres.
- Preheat your #[Air Fryer] to ![400°F] for ~[3 minutes]. Place the @[Chicken Thighs] skin-side down in a single layer in the #[Air Fryer] basket, making sure they don't overlap. Air fry for ~[12 minutes].
- Flip the @[Chicken Thighs] skin-side up using tongs. Continue air frying for another ~[8–10 minutes], until the skin is deep golden and crispy and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads %[165°F].
- Transfer the @[Chicken Thighs] to a plate and let it rest for ~[3–5 minutes] before serving. Serve immediately.
