4 piece boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness (about 3/4 inch)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp kosher salt plus more
0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
2 medium ripe tomatoes sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
0.25 cup fresh basil leaves torn or chiffonade
2 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought or reduced balsamic vinegar
reduced balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat your #[Oven] to ![400°F]. Pat the @[Chicken Breasts] dry with #[Paper Towel], then pound to an even 3/4-inch thickness. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], mix together the @[Garlic Powder], @[Italian Seasoning], @[Salt], and @[Black Pepper]. Season both sides of each @[Chicken Breast] generously with the spice mixture.
