  • Wooden Spoon
  • Lid

Instructions

  1. Add the @[Milk] and @[Greek Yogurt] to the #[Blender] first. Adding liquids at the bottom helps the blades spin smoothly and prevents the motor from straining.
  2. Add the @[Banana] slices, then pile the frozen @[Mixed Berries] on top.
  3. If using, add the @[Honey] and @[Vanilla Extract].
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for ~[60–90 seconds], until completely smooth and creamy with no visible fruit chunks. If the smoothie is too thick, add @[Milk] one tablespoon at a time. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen @[Mixed Berries].
  5. Taste and adjust: add a drizzle of @[Honey] if you'd like it sweeter, or a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  6. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Enjoy with a wide straw or spoon if blended very thick.
