Add the ¾ cup milk and ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt to the blender first. Adding liquids at the bottom helps the blades spin smoothly and prevents the motor from straining.

  • Milk
  • Plain Yogurt

Add the 1 banana ripe slices, then pile the frozen 2 cups frozen mixed berries on top.

Uses

  • Banana
  • Mixed Berries

If using, add the 1 tbsp honey and ½ tsp vanilla extract.

  • Honey
  • Vanilla Extract
  • 1–2 min

Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds, until completely smooth and creamy with no visible fruit chunks. If the smoothie is too thick, add ¾ cup milk one tablespoon at a time. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen 2 cups frozen mixed berries.

Uses

  • Milk
  • Mixed Berries

Taste and adjust: add a drizzle of honey if you'd like it sweeter, or a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor.

Uses

  • Honey

Pour into two glasses and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Enjoy with a wide straw or spoon if blended very thick.
