Instructions

  1. Preheat your #[Oven] to ![400°F]. Line a rimmed #[Baking Sheet] with #[Parchment Paper]. Pat the @[Salmon Fillets] dry with #[Paper Towel] — this helps the seasoning stick and promotes even browning.
  2. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Extra-Virgin Olive Oil], @[Garlic] minced, @[Lemon Zested], @[Smoked Paprika], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Black Pepper]. If using @[Dijon Mustard], whisk it in now for a tangy, sticky glaze that helps the seasoning adhere.
  3. Arrange the @[Salmon Fillets] skin-side down on the prepared #[Baking Sheet], spacing them at least 1 inch apart. Spoon and spread the @[Garlic]-@[Oil] mixture evenly over the top of each fillet. Lay 1–2 @[Lemon] rounds on top of each piece, then scatter the @[Dill] chopped and @[Parsley] over all the fillets.
  4. Bake for ~[12–15 minutes], depending on the thickness of your fillets (about ~[4–5 minutes] per half-inch of thickness). The @[Salmon] is done when it flakes easily with a #[Dipping Fork] and reaches an internal temperature of %[125–130°F for medium] or %[145°F for fully cooked]. Avoid overbaking to keep the portions moist for meal prep.
  5. Remove from the #[Oven] and let rest for ~[2 minutes]. Serve immediately, or allow to cool completely before portioning into #[Airtight Container] meal prep containers. Refrigerate for up to ~[4 days] or freeze for up to ~[2 months].
