Instructions
- Place the @[Bacon] pieces in a large cold #[Skillet] and set over ^[medium heat]. Cook, stirring occasionally, for ~[6–8 minutes] until the @[Bacon] is crispy. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Pour off all but about 1 tablespoon of the @[Bacon] fat and leave it in the pan.
- Increase the heat to ^[medium-high]. Add the diced @[Medium Yellow Onion] to the #[Skillet] with the reserved @[Bacon] fat and cook for ~[2–3 minutes] until softened. Add the @[Garlic] and cook ~[30 seconds] until fragrant. Add the @[Ground Beef], breaking it apart with a #[Spatula]. Season with @[Garlic Powder], @[Paprika], @[Kosher Salt], and @[Black Pepper]. Cook for ~[6–8 minutes], stirring occasionally, until the @[Beef] is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the @[Yellow Mustard] and @[Worcestershire Sauce]. Cook for ~[1 minute] more, tossing to coat the @[Beef] evenly. Remove the #[Skillet] from heat and sprinkle the shredded @[Cheddar Cheese] over the @[Beef]. Let it melt for ~[1–2 minutes], then fold in the crispy @[Bacon].
- In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Mayonnaise], @[Sugar-Free Ketchup], and @[Dill Pickle Brine] until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Divide the shredded @[Romaine Lettuce] among 4 bowls. Top each with a generous scoop of the cheesy @[Bacon] @[Beef] mixture. Add diced @[Medium Tomatoes], @[Medium Red Onion] slices, and @[Medium Dill Pickle] rounds. Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and serve immediately.
