White Peach Sangria
About this recipe
A refreshing, fruit-forward sangria made with crisp white wine, fresh peaches, and a splash of peach schnapps. This crowd-pleasing pitcher drink is easy to make ahead, gets better as it sits, and is perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, and backyard parties. No fancy bartending skills required — just stir, chill, and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Wash and slice the White Peach, Lemon, and Orange into thin rounds or wedges. Remove peach pits. No need to peel the White Peach — the skin adds color and flavor.
- 2
Add the Honey or simple syrup to the bottom of a large Mixing Bowl. Pour in the Peach Schnapps and Brandy, then stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- 3
Pour in the White Peach Juice or nectar, then add the full bottle of Dry White Wine. Stir gently to combine.
- 4
Add the sliced White Peach, Lemon rounds, and Orange rounds to the pitcher. Gently press the fruit down with a Wooden Spoon to submerge it in the liquid.
- 5
Cover the Pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours. The longer it sits, the more the fruit infuses the wine. Don't go beyond 8 hours or the fruit can become too soft.
- 6
Just before serving, stir the sangria once more. Top the Pitcher with 2 cups of chilled Sparkling Water or Prosecco for a light, bubbly finish. Do not add this earlier or it will go flat.
- 7
Fill glasses with Ice and ladle or pour the sangria, making sure each glass gets some fruit. Garnish with a fresh Mint sprig and serve immediately.
