A bright, refreshing white wine sangria bursting with fresh spring berries, citrus, and a splash of elderflower liqueur. This crowd-pleasing pitcher drink is easy to make ahead, gets better as it sits, and is perfect for brunches, garden parties, and warm-weather gatherings. Light, fruity, and just sweet enough — no bartending skills required.

Instructions

    In a large Pitcher (Large), whisk together the Honey (or Honey) and fresh Lemon Juice until the Honey is fully dissolved. This ensures even sweetness throughout the sangria.

    Add the Elderflower Liqueur and Brandy to the Pitcher (Large) and stir to combine.

    Add the sliced Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Lemon rounds, and Orange rounds to the Pitcher (Large).

    Pour in the entire bottle of Dry White Wine and stir gently with a long Wooden Spoon to combine everything without crushing the berries.

    Cover the Pitcher (Large) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours. The longer it sits, the more the fruit infuses the wine. Do not add the Sparkling Water yet.

    Just before serving, stir in the chilled Sparkling Water or Sparkling Water gently to preserve the bubbles.

    Fill wine glasses with Ice. Pour the sangria over the Ice, making sure each glass gets a generous scoop of the fruit. Garnish with a sprig of fresh Mint if desired and serve immediately.
