Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it. In a small mixing bowl or saucepan, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and ½ tsp smoked paprika until combined.

Place the halved 1 lb baby potatoes and 3 whole ears of corn rounds on the baking sheet. Drizzle with about half of the Old Bay seasoning 4 tbsp unsalted butter sauce and toss to coat evenly. Spread into a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven. Add the sliced smoked andouille sausage to the pan and toss everything together. Return to the oven and roast for another 7 minutes, until the 1 lb baby potatoes are nearly fork-tender and the 12 oz smoked andouille sausage begins to brown.

Return to the oven and roast for 8–10 minutes, until the 1 ½ lb large shrimp peeled and deveined are pink, opaque, and just cooked through.
