Instructions
- Preheat your #[Oven] to ![400°F]. Line a large rimmed #[Baking Sheet] with #[Aluminum Foil] and lightly grease it. In a small #[Mixing Bowl] or #[Saucepan], whisk together the melted @[Butter], @[Olive Oil], @[Old Bay Seasoning], minced @[Garlic], @[Lemon Juice], and @[Smoked Paprika] until combined.
- Place the halved @[Baby Potatoes] and @[Corn] rounds on the #[Baking Sheet]. Drizzle with about half of the @[Old Bay Seasoning] @[Butter] sauce and toss to coat evenly. Spread into a single layer. Roast in the preheated #[Oven] for ~[15 minutes].
- Remove the pan from the #[Oven]. Add the sliced @[Andouille Sausage] to the pan and toss everything together. Return to the #[Oven] and roast for another ~[7 minutes], until the @[Baby Potatoes] are nearly fork-tender and the @[Andouille Sausage] begins to brown.
- Remove the pan again and nestle the @[Shrimp] among the other ingredients. Drizzle the remaining @[Old Bay Seasoning] @[Butter] sauce over everything and toss gently to coat. Return to the #[Oven] and roast for ~[8–10 minutes], until the @[Shrimp] are pink, opaque, and just cooked through.
- Remove from the #[Oven] and garnish with freshly chopped @[Parsley]. Serve directly from the #[Baking Sheet] with @[Lemon] wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
