In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth, and 1 tsp honey (if using) until the 1 tbsp cornstarch is fully dissolved and no lumps remain. Set aside.
