Instructions

Fill two tall glass (Large) generously with 1 cup ice cubes, leaving about an inch of space at the top.

Uses

  • Glass (Large)
  • Ice

Pour 2 tbsp of grenadine syrup into each glass (Large) over the 1 cup ice cubes. The 4 tbsp grenadine syrup will sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful layered effect.

Uses

  • Glass (Large)
  • Grenadine
  • Ice

Add ¼ cup of chilled ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed to each glass (Large), followed by 1 cup of chilled 2 cups ginger ale poured slowly down the side of the glass (Large) to preserve the fizz. If using, add ½ tbsp of lemon juice freshly squeezed per glass (Large) for extra brightness.

Uses

  • Glass (Large)
  • Orange Juice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Lemon Juice
  • 2 pieces cocktail umbrella or paper straw (for serving)

Give each drink a very gentle stir with a bar spoon — just one or two slow turns from the bottom to lightly blend the 4 tbsp grenadine syrup without losing the carbonation.

Uses

  • Grenadine

Garnish each glass (Large) with an ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed half-moon slice on the rim and 1–2 maraschino cherries. Add a straw or 2 pieces cocktail umbrella or paper straw if desired. Serve immediately.
