About this recipe
A bubbly, blush-pink mocktail made with ginger ale, grenadine, and a splash of orange juice — sweet, fizzy, and endlessly refreshing. This classic non-alcoholic drink is a staple at family gatherings, brunches, and hot summer days. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice for that iconic, festive look.
Instructions
- 1
Fill two tall glass (Large) generously with ice cubes, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- 2
Pour 2 tablespoons of grenadine into each glass (Large) over the ice. The grenadine will sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful layered effect.
- 3
Add 1/4 cup of chilled orange juice to each glass (Large), followed by 1 cup of chilled ginger ale poured slowly down the side of the glass (Large) to preserve the fizz. If using, add 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice per glass (Large) for extra brightness.
- 4
Give each drink a very gentle stir with a bar spoon — just one or two slow turns from the bottom to lightly blend the grenadine without losing the carbonation.
- 5
Garnish each glass (Large) with an orange half-moon slice on the rim and 1–2 maraschino cherries. Add a straw or cocktail umbrella if desired. Serve immediately.
