Instructions
- 1
If using honey, stir it into the lime juice in a small mixing bowl or measuring cups until fully dissolved. This prevents clumping when added to cold liquid.
- 2
Fill four tall glass (Large) generously with ice.
- 3
Pour 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice into each glass (Large).
- 4
Add about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the lime juice-honey mixture to each glass (Large) and give it a quick stir to combine with the pomegranate juice.
- 5
Slowly pour 1/2 cup of chilled sparkling water into each glass (Large), pouring gently down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles. Do not stir after adding the sparkling water.
- 6
Garnish each glass (Large) with a lime slice on the rim, a small spoonful of pomegranate arils dropped in, and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
