Instructions
- In a #[Mixing Bowl], combine the softened @[Cream Cheese], chopped @[Chives], @[Garlic Powder], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Dijon Mustard] (if using). Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Lay a @[Flour Tortillas] flat on a clean #[Cutting Board]. Spread a generous, even layer of the @[Cream Cheese] mixture all the way to the edges, using about ~[2–3 tablespoons] per tortilla.
- Layer the tortilla with ~[2–3 slices] of @[Deli Turkey], a sprinkle of shredded @[Cheddar Cheese], a handful of shredded @[Romaine Lettuce], and ~[a tablespoon or two] of diced @[Red Bell Pepper]. Keep the fillings in an even layer, leaving about a ½-inch border at the far edge.
- Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the tortilla up tightly and evenly, pressing gently as you go to keep the fillings in place. Wrap the roll snugly in #[Plastic Wrap] and repeat with the remaining tortillas. Refrigerate for ~[at least 30 minutes] (or ~[up to overnight]) to help the rolls hold their shape.
- When ready to serve, unwrap each roll and use a sharp #[Knife] to slice off the uneven ends, then cut each roll into ~[1-inch] pinwheels (about ~[6–8 pieces] per roll). Arrange cut-side up on a platter and serve immediately.
