Layer the tortilla with 2–3 slices of deli turkey slices, a sprinkle of shredded 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, a handful of shredded 1 cup romaine lettuce, and a tablespoon or two of diced medium red bell pepper. Keep the fillings in an even layer, leaving about a ½-inch border at the far edge.

Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the tortilla up tightly and evenly, pressing gently as you go to keep the fillings in place. Wrap the roll snugly in plastic wrap and repeat with the remaining tortillas. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) to help the rolls hold their shape.

Uses

  • Plastic Wrap
  • Flour Tortilla

When ready to serve, unwrap 4 whole large flour tortillas and use a sharp knife to slice off the uneven ends, then cut 4 whole large flour tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels (about 6–8 pieces per roll). Arrange cut-side up on a platter and serve immediately.
