Instructions

  1. In a #[Mixing Bowl], combine the softened @[Cream Cheese], chopped @[Chives], @[Garlic Powder], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Dijon Mustard] (if using). Stir until smooth and well blended.
  2. Lay a @[Flour Tortillas] flat on a clean #[Cutting Board]. Spread a generous, even layer of the @[Cream Cheese] mixture all the way to the edges, using about ~[2–3 tablespoons] per tortilla.
  3. Layer the tortilla with ~[2–3 slices] of @[Deli Turkey], a sprinkle of shredded @[Cheddar Cheese], a handful of shredded @[Romaine Lettuce], and ~[a tablespoon or two] of diced @[Red Bell Pepper]. Keep the fillings in an even layer, leaving about a ½-inch border at the far edge.
  4. Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the tortilla up tightly and evenly, pressing gently as you go to keep the fillings in place. Wrap the roll snugly in #[Plastic Wrap] and repeat with the remaining tortillas. Refrigerate for ~[at least 30 minutes] (or ~[up to overnight]) to help the rolls hold their shape.
  5. When ready to serve, unwrap each roll and use a sharp #[Knife] to slice off the uneven ends, then cut each roll into ~[1-inch] pinwheels (about ~[6–8 pieces] per roll). Arrange cut-side up on a platter and serve immediately.
