Add the chopped whole ripe mangoes peeled flesh, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp powdered sugar adjust depending on mango sweetness, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Pour the cold 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold and 1 tsp pure vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, about 3–4 minutes. Be careful not to over-whip.
