If using ½ tsp pure vanilla extract, stir it into the 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt until evenly combined. Taste and add a small drizzle of honey to the yogurt itself if you prefer a sweeter base.

Uses

  • Vanilla Extract
  • Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Honey

Prepare your fruit: hull and slice the ½ cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, and give the ½ cup fresh blueberries and ¼ cup fresh raspberries a quick rinse and pat dry. Keeping the fruit dry prevents it from making the yogurt watery.

Uses

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberry
  • Raspberries
  • Full-Fat Greek Yogurt

Grab 2 glass (Large) or mixing bowl (tall glasses or wide-mouth quart jar show off the layers beautifully). Spoon about ¼ cup of yogurt into the bottom of each vessel.

Uses

  • Glass (Large)
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Quart Jar
  • Full-Fat Greek Yogurt

Add a layer of granola (about 2 tbsp per glass) over the 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt, then scatter a generous handful of mixed ½ cup fresh blueberries, ½ cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, and ¼ cup fresh raspberries on top.

Uses

  • Granola
  • Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Blueberry
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries

Repeat the layers — 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt, ¾ cup granola, berries — until the glasses are full, finishing with berries on top for a beautiful presentation.

Uses

  • Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Granola

Drizzle each parfait with 3 tbsp honey (about 1 to 1½ tablespoons per serving). If using, sprinkle over 1 tbsp chia seeds and 2 tbsp sliced almonds for extra nutrition and crunch.

Uses

  • Honey
  • Chia Seeds
  • Almond

Garnish with a few fresh fresh mint leaves for garnish leaves if desired and serve immediately so the ¾ cup granola stays crispy.

Uses

  • Mint
  • Granola
