Greek Yogurt Parfait
About this recipe
A fresh, vibrant, and endlessly customizable Greek yogurt parfait layered with thick creamy yogurt, crunchy honey-kissed granola, and a medley of fresh berries. Ready in minutes and equally at home as a wholesome breakfast, a satisfying snack, or a light dessert. The key is using full-fat Greek yogurt for the richest texture and building your layers just before serving so the granola stays perfectly crisp.
Instructions
- 1
If using pure vanilla extract, stir it into the Greek yogurt until evenly combined. Taste and add a small drizzle of honey to the yogurt itself if you prefer a sweeter base.
- 2
Prepare your fruit: hull and slice the strawberries, and give the blueberries and raspberries a quick rinse and pat dry. Keeping the fruit dry prevents it from making the yogurt watery.
- 3
Grab 2 glass (Large) or mixing bowl (tall glasses or wide-mouth quart jar show off the layers beautifully). Spoon about ¼ cup of yogurt into the bottom of each vessel.
- 4
Add a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons per glass) over the Greek yogurt, then scatter a generous handful of mixed blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries on top.
- 5
Repeat the layers — Greek yogurt, granola, berries — until the glasses are full, finishing with berries on top for a beautiful presentation.
- 6
Drizzle each parfait with honey (about 1 to 1½ tablespoons per serving). If using, sprinkle over chia seeds and almonds for extra nutrition and crunch.
- 7
Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately so the granola stays crispy.
