- 12 oz ditalini pasta
1 tbsp salt for pasta water
1 medium red bell pepper finely diced
1 medium cucumber seeded and diced
0.5 cup red onion finely chopped
0.5 cup celery thinly sliced, about 2 ribs
0.5 cup kalamata olives halved
0.75 cup cherry tomatoes halved
0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
0.5 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley roughly chopped
Vinaigrette
0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed, about 1–2 lemons
1 tbsp red wine vinegar- 2 cloves garlic pressed or minced
1 tsp dried oregano
0.5 tsp fine sea salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Bring a large #[Pot] of generously salted water to a boil. Add the @[Ditalini Pasta] and cook according to package directions until al dente, about ~[8–10 minutes]. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water until completely cool. Shake off excess water and set aside.
- In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Extra-Virgin Olive Oil], @[Lemon Juice], @[Red Wine Vinegar], minced @[Garlic], @[Oregano], @[Salt], and @[Black Pepper] until well combined and slightly emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
