Instructions
- Press the tofu: Wrap the block of @[Extra-Firm Tofu] in several layers of #[Paper Towel] and set a heavy #[Skillet] or @[Tofu] press on top. Let it press for at least ~[15 minutes] (or up to ~[30 minutes] for maximum crispiness). Once pressed, cut the @[Tofu] into 1-inch cubes.
- Marinate and coat: In a large #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Soy Sauce], @[Sesame Oil], and @[Olive Oil]. Add the @[Tofu] cubes and gently toss to coat. Let sit for ~[5 minutes]. Sprinkle the @[Cornstarch], @[Garlic Powder], @[Fine Sea Salt], @[Black Pepper], and @[Smoked Paprika] (if using) over the @[Tofu] and toss again until every cube is evenly coated.
- Air fry: Preheat your #[Air Fryer] to ![400°F] for ~[3 minutes]. Arrange the @[Tofu] cubes in a single layer in the #[Air Fryer] basket, making sure they are not touching. Air fry for ~[15–18 minutes], shaking the basket halfway through, until the @[Tofu] is deeply golden and crispy on all sides.
- Serve: Transfer the crispy @[Tofu] to a plate and garnish with toasted @[Sesame Seeds] and sliced @[Green Onions]. Serve immediately over steamed rice, noodles, or alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
