Place the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Set aside to cool for 2–3 minutes.

Scoop the 2 large ripe avocados flesh into a food processor. Add the ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup pure maple syrup, ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk or regular milk of choice, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, and 1 pinch fine salt. Process for about 30 seconds until the mixture starts to come together.
