
Cabbage Boil

1 whole green cabbage cored and cut into 6–8 wedges
1 lb smoked sausage such as andouille or kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch rounds

3 whole ears of corn husked and cut into thirds
1 medium yellow onion roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic smashed
6 cup chicken broth low sodium
2 tbsp butter unsalted
1.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
1 tsp salt plus more
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
- Add the @[Chicken Broth] and @[Butter] to a large #[Pot] over ^[medium-high heat]. Stir in the @[Old Bay Seasoning], @[Smoked Paprika], @[Salt], and @[Black Pepper]. Bring to a boil.
- Add the halved @[Baby Potatoes] and @[Smashed Garlic] to the boiling broth. Cook for ~[8 minutes], until the potatoes are just beginning to soften.
- Add the sliced @[Sausage], @[Corn], and chopped @[Yellow Onion] to the pot. Stir to combine and return to a boil, then reduce heat to ^[medium]. Cook for ~[7 minutes].
