Add the 6 cups chicken broth and 2 tbsp butter unsalted to a large pot over medium-high heat. Stir in the 1 ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Bring to a boil.
