Instructions

  1. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Extra-Virgin Olive Oil], @[Red Wine Vinegar], @[Oregano], @[Garlic Powder], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Black Pepper] until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning — add a little more vinegar for extra tang or a pinch of sugar to balance if needed. Set aside.
  2. Divide the shredded lettuce evenly between two large #[Mixing Bowl] — these are your 'tubs.' Make sure the bowls are big enough to toss everything comfortably.
  3. Layer the @[Deli Ham], @[Salami], and turkey (or pepperoni) strips over the lettuce. Add the @[Provolone Cheese] strips, @[Diced Tomato], @[Red Onion], @[Banana Pepper Rings], and @[Black Olives] (if using) on top.
  4. Drizzle the dressing evenly over each bowl. Using tongs, toss everything together until the lettuce and toppings are well coated. Serve immediately for the crispiest texture — or refrigerate the dressed tub for ~[up to 30 minutes] if you like the flavors to meld.
