Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and pat the @[Cherry Tomatoes] and @[Mozzarella Balls] thoroughly dry with paper towels. Excess moisture will dilute the dressing and make the platter watery.
  2. Thread each skewer in this order: one @[Cherry Tomato], one @[Basil] leaf (folded in half), one @[Mozzarella Ball], another @[Basil] leaf (folded in half), and one more @[Cherry Tomato]. Repeat until you have about 12 skewers. Arrange them on a serving platter as you go.
  3. Drizzle the @[Extra-Virgin Olive Oil] evenly over all the skewers, making sure each one gets coated.
  4. Drizzle the @[Balsamic Glaze] in a zigzag pattern over the skewers. Don't skip this — it adds sweetness and tang that ties everything together.
  5. Finish with a generous pinch of @[Flaky Sea Salt] and a few cracks of @[Black Pepper] over the top. Serve immediately at room temperature for the best flavor.
