Instrucciones
- 1
Prepare the salt rim (optional but classic): Pour Kosher Salt onto a small flat plate. Run a Lime Wedge around the outer rim of each glass to moisten it. Gently press and roll the moistened rim into the Kosher Salt to coat. Set aside.
- 2
Juice your Lime fresh. You'll need about 2–3 limes to yield 2 oz of Lime Juice. Fresh Lime Juice makes a dramatic difference — avoid bottled Lime Juice if at all possible.
- 3
Fill your cocktail Shaker with a generous handful of Ice. Add the Tequila, fresh Lime Juice, Orange Liqueur, and Agave Nectar.
- 4
Seal the Shaker and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until the outside of the Shaker feels very cold and frosty. This properly chills and dilutes the cocktail to the right balance.
- 5
Fill your prepared glasses with fresh Ice. Strain the margarita over the Ice using the Shaker's built-in strainer or a separate Colander.
- 6
Garnish each glass with a Lime Wedge on the rim. Taste and adjust — if it's too tart, add a small drizzle more Agave Nectar; if too sweet, add a small squeeze of Lime Juice. Serve immediately.
