Instrucciones
- 1
Preheat your Oven to ![350°F]. Lightly grease a 9-inch Pie Dish, an 8x8-inch Baking Dish, or a similar oven-safe dish.
- 2
In a large Mixing Bowl, beat the softened Cream Cheese with a Hand Mixer (or stir vigorously with a Spatula) until smooth and lump-free.
- 3
Add the Buffalo Sauce, Ranch Dressing, and Blue Cheese Dressing (if using) to the Cream Cheese. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- 4
Fold in the shredded Chicken Breast and ¾ cup of the shredded Cheddar Cheese. Stir until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- 5
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared Baking Dish. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of Cheddar Cheese and the Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the top.
- 6
Bake uncovered at ![350°F] for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbling around the edges and the cheese on top is melted and just starting to turn golden.
- 7
Remove from the Oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving — it will be very hot. Garnish with sliced Celery, Blue Cheese crumbles, and chopped Chives if desired.
- 8
Serve warm directly from the Baking Dish with Tortilla Chips, Celery sticks, and/or sliced Pita Bread / Baguette on the side.
