Instrucciones
- 1
Preheat your oven to ![350°F]. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish, an 8x8-inch baking dish, or a similar oven-safe dish.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer (or stir vigorously with a spatula) until smooth and lump-free.
- 3
Add the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing (if using) to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- 4
Fold in the shredded chicken breast and ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- 5
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- 6
Bake uncovered at ![350°F] for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbling around the edges and the cheese on top is melted and just starting to turn golden.
- 7
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving — it will be very hot. Garnish with sliced celery, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped chives if desired.
- 8
Serve warm directly from the baking dish with tortilla chips, celery sticks, and/or sliced pita bread / baguette on the side.
