Whisk together the 3 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons of lager or pilsner beer cold, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of kosher salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
