Instrucciones
- 1
Add the chilled Yogurt, Cold Water, and Salt to a Blender. For best results, make sure both the Yogurt and Water are very cold — this helps create a thick, lasting froth.
- 2
Blend on ^[high speed] for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, uniform, and a generous foam has formed on top. The foam is the hallmark of a great Ayran — don't skimp on blending time.
- 3
Taste and adjust Salt if needed. Ayran should be pleasantly salty — not flat, but not overpowering. Add a tiny bit more Water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- 4
Pour immediately into chilled glasses over Ice Cubes. Spoon any remaining foam from the Blender on top of each glass — this is the best part! Garnish with a pinch of crumbled dried Mint if desired. Serve right away.
