Piled into warm tortillas and loaded with your favorite toppings, these turkey tacos are lighter than beef but just as satisfying. Ready in under 30 minutes and endlessly customizable for the whole family.

Instructions

    Finely dice the Yellow Onion and mince the Garlic. In a small Mixing Bowl, combine the Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper (if using). Set aside.

    Heat the Olive Oil in a large Skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced Yellow Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly golden, about 3–4 minutes.

    Add the minced Garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

    Add the Turkey 93% Lean Recommended to the Skillet. Break it up with a Wooden Spoon and cook over medium-high heat until no pink remains, about 5–6 minutes.

    Drain any excess liquid from the pan if needed, then add the Tomato Paste and stir it into the Turkey 93% Lean Recommended until evenly coated.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3–4 minutes, until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the filling is juicy but not watery. Taste and adjust Salt as needed.

    Warm your Flour Or Corn Tortillas Warmed: place them directly over a gas burner for 15–20 seconds per side for a little char, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and Microwave for 30–45 seconds until pliable.

    Spoon the seasoned Turkey 93% Lean Recommended filling into the center of each warm Flour Or Corn Tortillas Warmed. Top with shredded Mexican Cheese Blend, lettuce, diced Medium Roma Tomatoes, Avocado Sliced Or, Sour Cream, and salsa or pico de gallo as desired.
