Steak Bites
About this recipe
Juicy, golden-seared steak bites made right in the air fryer — no fuss, no mess. Bite-sized pieces of sirloin are tossed in a bold garlic butter seasoning, air fried to a perfect crust, and finished with a drizzle of herb butter. Ready in under 20 minutes and packed with flavor, this is the kind of weeknight dinner the whole family will love.
Instructions
- 1
Pat the sirloin steak cubes completely dry with paper towel — this is key to getting a good sear in the air fryer. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the sirloin steak cubes and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
- 2
Preheat your air fryer to ![400°F] for 3 minutes. Arrange the sirloin steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket — do not overcrowd. Work in batches if needed. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the bites are browned on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness (7 min = medium-rare, 9 min = medium-well).
- 3
While the sirloin steak bites cook, melt the butter in a small saucepan over ^[medium-low heat]. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and stir in the Worcestershire sauce (if using) and fresh parsley.

Transfer the hot sirloin steak bites to a serving bowl or platter. Immediately drizzle the garlic herb butter over the top and toss gently to coat. Taste and adjust kosher salt if needed. Serve right away — these are best enjoyed fresh and hot.
