Instructions
- Mix together the @[Chili Powder], @[Cumin], @[Smoked Paprika], @[Garlic Powder], @[Fine Sea Salt], and @[Black Pepper] in a small #[Mixing Bowl]. Set aside.
- Heat a large #[Skillet] over ^[medium-high heat]. Add the @[Lean Ground Beef] and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and no longer pink, about ~[5–6 minutes]. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Reduce heat to ^[medium]. Add the diced @[Yellow Onion] to the #[Skillet] and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about ~[3–4 minutes]. Add the @[Minced Garlic] and cook for ~[1 minute] more until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the spice blend over the @[Lean Ground Beef] and @[Yellow Onion] mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Pour in the diced @[Tomatoes] (with their juices) and add the drained @[Black Beans]. Stir to combine, then simmer over ^[medium-low heat] for ~[5–7 minutes], until the liquid reduces slightly and the mixture is saucy but not watery. Taste and adjust @[Fine Sea Salt] as needed.
- Warm the @[Flour Tortillas] in a dry #[Skillet] or directly over a gas flame for ~[20–30 seconds] per side. Spoon the taco filling into the @[Flour Tortillas] and top with shredded @[Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese], @[Sour Cream], a squeeze of @[Lime], and fresh @[Cilantro]. Serve immediately.
