
Shrimp Tacos

In a small mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and garlic until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a medium mixing bowl, toss the shredded green cabbage with lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside to lightly marinate while you cook the shrimp.

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, toss with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
