Main

  • 1.25 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined, tails removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas warmed

Shrimp Seasoning

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt

Cabbage Slaw

  • 2 cup green cabbage thinly shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice from about 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Chipotle Crema

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], stir together the @[Sour Cream], minced @[Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce], @[Lime Juice], and @[Garlic] until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. In a medium #[Mixing Bowl], toss the shredded @[Green Cabbage] with @[Lime Juice], @[Olive Oil], and a pinch of @[Salt]. Set aside to lightly marinate while you cook the @[Shrimp].
  3. Pat the @[Shrimp] dry with paper towels. In a #[Mixing Bowl], toss with @[Chili Powder], @[Cumin], @[Garlic Powder], @[Smoked Paprika], and @[Salt] until evenly coated.
