  • 350°F

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or 4 tbsp unsalted butter.

Uses

  • Oven
  • Baking Dish
  • Cooking Spray
  • Unsalted Butter

Using a long serrated knife, slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as one piece. Place the bottom slab cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.

Uses

  • Knife
  • Baking Dish
  • Hawaiian Roll

Spread the ½ cup Thousand Island dressing evenly over the cut side of the bottom slab of Hawaiian sweet rolls 12-count package.

Uses

  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Hawaiian Roll

Layer half of the Swiss cheese thinly sliced slices evenly over the dressing. Then pile on all of the deli corned beef thinly sliced in an even layer.

Uses

  • Swiss Cheese
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Deli Corned Beef

Spread the drained sauerkraut well-drained and patted dry evenly over the 1 lb deli corned beef thinly sliced. Make sure it is as dry as possible — excess moisture will make the rolls soggy. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese thinly sliced slices.

Uses

  • Sauerkraut
  • Deli Corned Beef
  • Hawaiian Roll
  • Swiss Cheese

Place the top slab of Hawaiian sweet rolls 12-count package over the fillings and press down gently.

Uses

  • Hawaiian Roll
  • Medium-Low

Make the 4 tbsp unsalted butter glaze: melt the 4 tbsp unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in the 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp caraway seeds (if using) until combined. Remove from heat and stir in the 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped if using.

Uses

  • Saucepan
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic Powder
  • Caraway Seed

Brush the 4 tbsp unsalted butter glaze generously over the tops and sides of the rolls, using all of it.

Uses

  • Unsalted Butter
  • Hawaiian Roll
  • 15 min

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. This steams the sliders and melts the cheese through.

Uses

  • Baking Dish
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Swiss Cheese
  • 5 min

Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.

Uses

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Brown Sugar
  • 2–3 min
