Add the 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk of choice to the blender first — this helps the blades move freely and prevents the smoothie from getting stuck.

Uses

  • Blender
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Almond Butter
  • 1–1 min

Add the ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats and 2 tbsp ground flaxseed. Blend on high for about 20–30 seconds to break them down before adding the remaining ingredients. This ensures a smooth, grit-free texture.

Uses

  • Rolled Oats
  • 1–1 min

Add the 1 cup frozen banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and ½ tsp vanilla extract (if using). Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk of choice and blend again.

Uses

  • Banana
  • Blueberry
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Almond Butter
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Vanilla Extract

Taste and add 1 tsp maple syrup / honey if you'd like a touch more sweetness. Blend briefly to combine, then pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Uses

  • Maple Syrup
