If using fresh frozen pineapple chunks, peel and core it, then cut into chunks. For the best frosty texture, use 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks directly from the freezer — this eliminates the need for extra 1 cup ice cubes and keeps the drink from getting watered down.

Add the 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, ¾ cup coconut cream, ½ cup white rum, ¼ cup pineapple juice, and 1 tbsp fresh lime juice to a high-powered blender. If using fresh frozen pineapple chunks, add 1 cup of ice cubes as well. Taste and add 1 tsp powdered sugar adjust if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again for 15 seconds. The mixture should be thick enough to coat a spoon.
