Main

  • 1.5 lb ground beef 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio recommended
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup yellow onion finely diced
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.75 cup dried breadcrumbs plain or Italian-seasoned
  • Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Glaze

  • 0.33 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your #[Oven] to ![375°F]. Generously spray a standard 12-cup #[Muffin Tin] with #[Cooking Spray] and set aside.
  2. In a small #[Mixing Bowl], whisk together the @[Ketchup], @[Brown Sugar], and @[Yellow Mustard] until smooth. Set aside.
