  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber diced into ½-inch pieces

  • 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the drained and rinsed @[Chickpeas] completely dry with #[Paper Towel] — the drier they are, the crispier they'll get.
