Instructions

  1. Add the @[Cottage Cheese], @[Honey], @[Vanilla Extract], and @[Salt] to a high-powered #[Blender] or #[Food Processor]. Blend on high for ~[60–90 seconds], scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and silky with no visible curds.
  2. Taste the blended base and adjust sweetness by adding more @[Honey] if desired. If making a flavored version, add @[Frozen Strawberries], @[Unsweetened Cocoa Powder], or @[Creamy Peanut Butter] now and blend again until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe #[Airtight Container] (a #[Loaf Pan] works great). If using @[Mini Chocolate Chips] or other chunky mix-ins, fold them in with a #[Spatula] now. Smooth the top with the spatula, then press a piece of #[Plastic Wrap] directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  4. Freeze for at least ~[4 hours], or until firm. For best scoopability, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for ~[5–10 minutes] before serving. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately.
