Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
About this recipe
The viral high-protein treat taking social media by storm! Creamy blended cottage cheese forms the base of this no-bake cookie dough that tastes indulgent but packs a serious protein punch. No raw eggs, no raw flour — just a thick, scoopable dough loaded with chocolate chips that you can eat straight from the bowl. Ready in under 10 minutes and endlessly customizable.
Instructions
- 1
Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy with no visible curds. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- 2
Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt to the blender. Blend again until fully combined and silky smooth, about 20 seconds.
- 3
Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl. Stir in the oat flour (and coconut sugar if using) with a spatula until a thick, scoopable dough forms. If the dough feels too loose, add another tablespoon of oat flour.
- 4
Fold in most of the mini chocolate chips, reserving a small handful for topping. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
- 5
Scoop into bowls or serve straight from the mixing bowl. Top with the reserved mini chocolate chips and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
